Dori Fish (Dori Dabu-Dabu)

Dori Dabu-Dabu


Ingredients

     1 sheet Dori Fish Fillet
     3 shallots
     1/2 medium-size tomatoes
     4 pieces of cayenne pepper
     Tamarind Moderation
     Salt to taste
     sugar Moderation
     Right amount of oil

Step-by-step cooking

-First: Cut dori fish to taste, then coat with tamarind and a little salt. Let stand for about 10min.
-Second: Cut red onion, cayenne pepper, and tomatoes and set aside.
-Third: Fried fish with a little oil (not submerged oil) until cooked (browned exterior but the inside does not dry).
-For the last : Turn off the heat and insert the pieces of onion, peppers, and tomatoes into the skillet. Add a little sugar and salt, and stir until evenly distributed.
