SIMPLE CHEESE NASTAR



INGREDIENTS:


  • 200 grams of unsalted butter
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  • 350 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 25 grams of milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • JAM:
  • 500 grams of grated pineapple
  • 175 grams of sugar
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 3 pieces of cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Spread:
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 30 grams of grated cheddar cheese long

HOW TO MAKE CHEESE Nastar:
