Materials Needed:
- 400 grams of high protein flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3 sachets of cappuccino powder (@ 25 grams)
- 20 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 190 ml of ice water
- 30 grams of margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 35 grams of raisins, washed, dried, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of white cooking chocolate, melted for garnish
- Mix the flour, yeast, cappuccino powder, and sugar. Stir well.
- Add the egg and ice water a little while diuleni until smooth.
