FRIED BREAD "CAPPUCCINO"


This bread is very simple for those who love the thrill of cappuccino, can be served in a relaxed moment with family.

Materials Needed:

  • 400 grams of high protein flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3 sachets of cappuccino powder (@ 25 grams)
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 190 ml of ice water
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 35 grams of raisins, washed, dried, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of white cooking chocolate, melted for garnish
Making way:
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, cappuccino powder, and sugar. Stir well.
  2. Add the egg and ice water a little while diuleni until smooth.
