Long Bean Saute 

Bean is a vegetable that is very popular in Indonesia. Often consumed either as fresh vegetables (raw), or cooked in various types of cuisine. Nutritional content is quite complete. Start of calcium, phosphorus, iron, until Vitamins A, B1 and C. The price is quite affordable, long beans can be a cheap source of nutrition for the family. Cultivating beans should not be too long.  MATERIALS
  • 1 bunch (300 g) green beans, sliced ​​3 cm
  • 200 grams of chicken fillets, diced 1 cm
  • 6 pieces of curly red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 5 pieces of red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
HOW TO PRESENTATION
  1. Heat the cooking oil, saute onion, garlic until fragrant. Enter the sliced ​​chilli, galangal, and bay leaves, stir-fry until slightly wilted.
  2. Add chicken, stir-fry until chicken changes color to white. Enter the long beans, string beans and cook until cooked.
  3. Add salt and sugar. Sebantar cook, remove and serve.
  4. As an alternative source of protein, you can replace it with seafood, such as shrimp or squid. It could also thin slices of beef. You are free to be creative with this bean stir-fry recipes according to your taste.
