How To Make a nugget fish

SATE Nugget FISH

Materials needed:

  • 200 grams of minced meat mackerel 
  • 100 grams shrimp paste 
  • 30 grams of cornstarch 
  • 50 ml of water 
  • 2 eggs, beaten ago 
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 50 grams of broccoli, boiled, chopped 
  • oil for frying 
  • Dyes material: 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • Coatings materials 
  • 75 grams of fine flour panir 
  • Complementary material: 
  • 20 hard-boiled quail eggs 
  • 20 cherry tomatoes 
Manufacturing method:

  1. Stir meat mackerel, shrimp paste, sago flour, water, eggs, salt, sugar, pepper, and garlic powder. Add broccoli. Stir well. 
  2. Pour in pan 22x22x4 cm plastic nub oil and dressed. 
  3. Steam for 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Let cool. Cut a circular diameter of 3 cm. 
  4. Dip into dye materials. Blend in flour panir fine. 
  5. Fry in preheated oil over medium heat until cooked. 
  6. Pin-pin turns with complementary.
