Stick FISH FRIED CHEESE


Materials needed:

  • 250 grams snapper fillets, cut into long 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • oil for frying 
  • Dyes material (poke average): 
  • 100 grams of wheat flour proteins are being 
  • 30 grams of cornstarch 
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 25 grams of finely grated cheddar cheese 
  • 200 ml of ice water 
  • Coatings Materials (poke average): 
  • 150 grams of wheat flour 
  • 25 grams of finely grated cheddar cheese 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 


Manufacturing method:

  1. Cover the fish with lemon juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes. 
  2. Dip the fish into a dye material. Roll into sheathing. 
  3. Fry in preheated oil over medium heat until cooked.
