Fish Pudding

FISH PUDDING


You must have just heard this term, because it is usually for the general-pudding fruit and gelatin. But this time we will try to puding..enak ornamental fish. let's try

Materials Needed:
Materials I:

  • 400 ml milk 
  • 1/2 packet of jelly powder 
  • 60 grams sugar 
  • 15 grams of cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 50 grams of dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces 
  • Material Ii: 
  • 200 ml of water 
  • 15 grams sugar 
  • 2 grams of agar-agar powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant jelly 
  • 2 drops of yellow dye old 
  • 7 drops of orange coloring 
  • 1/2 tablespoon sunquick 

Materials Iii:

  • 350 ml milk 
  • 1 packet gelatin powder 
  • 7 drops of yellow dye old 
  • 25 grams sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon orange syrup concentrate (eg sunquick) 
  • 3 egg whites 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 35 grams sugar 
  • sauce: 
  • 500 ml milk 
  • 50 grams sugar 
  • 1/4 spoon of salt 
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1 teaspoon water, dissolve 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste 
  •   Complement: 
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 


Making way:
I Ingredients: boiled milk, that - that powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until boiling. Turn off the heat.
Take a little boiled custard. Pour into egg yolks. Stir well.
Pour the custard back into the stew. Stir well. Turn on the fire. Cook, stirring until boiling. Add chocolate pieces. Stir until dissolved.
Pour a little in the eyes and mouth of a fish. The rest is set aside.

Materials II: boiled water, sugar, that - that powder, instant jelly, and deep yellow coloring, stirring until boiling. Enter orange syrup concentrate. Stir well.
Pour in some places so as to form irregular patterns. Let the half-frozen.

Material III: boiled milk, gelatin powder, dark yellow dye, and sugar to a boil. Enter sunquick. Stir well. Set aside.
Beat egg whites and salt until half fluffy. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy. Enter boiled milk little by little and gently shaken.
Pour over layers up to 3/4 part motif. Let the half-frozen.
Reheat I. Pour ingredients over third as high as the mold material. Chill.
