grilled Fish Curry

Grilled FISH CURRY



This dish makes me hungry, because of the aroma of grilled fish is very tasty.

Materials Needed:
2 Tuna fish (800 grams)
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
10 basil leaves-bowing
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
400 ml coconut milk from half coconut
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
Subtle seasoning:
8 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
5 red chilies

Making way:
Marinate tuna with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes. Grilled over hot coals until cooked.
Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant. Add tuna. Stir gently.
Enter the coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until boiling and thick gravy.
Add basil leaves-bowing. Stir well. Lift. Serve.
