Fish Tofu

FISH LAYER TOFU


Coated fish tofu makes us more appetite to eat, it seems simple, let's try
Materials needed:

  • 350 grams of meat mackerel, mashed 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 50 grams sago flour 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon instant coconut milk 
  • 1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced 
  • 75 grams of beans, shredded, sliced​​, boiled 
  • 75 grams of carrots, cut into small boxes, boiled 
  • 2 egg tofu, cut into 1 cm thick, covered with cornstarch 
  • Dyes material (poke average): 
  • 50 grams of powdered spices ready 
  • 100 ml water 
  • Coatings Materials (poke average): 
  • 100 grams of wheat flour 
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 


Manufacturing method:

  1. Plus mackerel, egg white, cornstarch, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, coconut milk, onion, beans, and carrots. Stir well. For the second part. 
  2. Pipihkan one piece of dough on baking box 24x24x3 cm. Tata tofu. Pipihkan more dough on it. Steam over low heat 30 minutes until cooked. Cool. 
  3. Cut into the box. Dip into the dye material. Roll over sheathing. Dip into the dye material. Roll over sheathing. 
  4. Fry in preheated oil until cooked and golden brown in color.
